What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a completely safe and natural state of mind. As a matter of fact, you have been in a state of hypnosis many times today. In the past it has been associated with the strange and mysterious, but hypnosis is neither strange nor mysterious. All human beings experience it, yet it goes unnoticed because it seems so natural and normal. Hypnosis is a deepened state of relaxation and attention. While in this state, the subconscious mind is free to receive suggestions. Hypnosis can effect major changes in your health, motivation, confidence, emotional state, creativity, habits and other areas. Empower yourself with hypnosis. It can help you achieve your personal goals.
How Does Hypnosis Work?
The mind functions on two levels: the conscious and the subconscious. The conscious mind is the "thinking mind". It analyses and rationalizes, making decisions about everyday things. The subconscious mind runs our unconscious programming. It governs all of our behavior and our emotions. In Hypnosis the subconscious creates a window of opportunity for change of a behavioral pattern to take place.
